Returns and Exchanges

Need to Return or Exchange something?

We want to make sure that you are 100% satified with your purchase!

Here is the quick rundown on returns and exchanges:

  • Free shipping (within the US) for returns and exchanges!! Free shipping both ways on your first exchange.

  • All returns must be received within 45 days of the date your order shipped from Sseko HQ and must be unworn and in new condition. 

  • Returns are processed within 6-8 business days of package receipt

  • Original shipping cost are non-refundable (If we made a mistake...we will of course cover the cost).

  • We can only exchange for a different size base or solid color strap. Pattern straps are limited quantities and cannot be received for exchange after 10 days.

 

Returns: 

We are so bummed you don't love your Ssekos.  Will you do us a favor and tell us why you are returning them?  You can email us: liz@ssekodesigns.com or include a note with your return. 

  • Use the return label that was included with your original shipment

  • Make a note on your packing slip that the order is for return

  • Place your order and the original packing slip in a flat rate envelope and drop them off at your local post office

  • Please allow for up to 14 days from the ship date for your refund to be processed

 

Exchanges: 

Exchanges are simple!  We want to make sure you LOVE your items.

  • Use the return label that was included with your original shipment

  • Make a note on your original packing slip for what you need to exchange.  If your item is not available you will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt by a customer service rep.  

  • Place your order and the original packing slip in a flat rate envelope and drop them off at your local post office

  • Please allow for up to 15 days from your ship date for your exchange to be processed
